Suits my springer and he loves it.
I started my rescue springer on Lukullus after reading reviews of different dog foods and deciding this was a good quality food at a reasonable price. My dog loves it, his poo is always perfectly formed we don't get any smells from his rear end, and his breath doesn't smell. His coat is nice and silky and he doesn't have dry itchy skin ( he doesn't scratch.I therefore have to conclude that this food is good for him and have no complaints.

Wish I'd found this years ago!
Have a 11yr old fussy GSD, lately been poorly only eating roast chicken... then went off that - read the reviews and thought I'd try and she LOVES it never has she turned her nose up at this no more hand feeding or stuffing biscuits in cheese/chicken. Wish I'd found this food years ago. All 6 of my dogs now fed this, including hard working dogs, they have excellent coats and body weights (you do need to weigh the food out)and very good energy levels.

Excellent quality
I researched dry food options and liked the idea of cold pressed foods. Choices are limited and I use both this and Markus Mueller too for a bit of variety. Lukullus is less crumbly than the MM, the ingredients are similar. My dog works hard ans looks great on his diet. The only downside is the quantity you feed always looks like a really meagre offering but just goes to show the quality isn't bulked out with rubbish.

Lukullus Chicken and Salmon
My dogs (4 Standard Poodles and 3 Afghans) absolutely love this dog food, I am constantly filling the bowls up! I would recommend this to everyone, so glad I found it and it is reasonably priced for such a quality dog food.

Excellent
I have 2 dogs, one being extremely fussy. Having done lots of research and tried many brands I've at last found the answer in 2 brands, LUKULLUS and MARKUS MUHLE BLACK ANGUS. These are cold pressed foods and look very similar and my dogs love both,so I buy both. My fussy hound now licks her bowl clean which has never happened before. There is also the added bonus in that her black coat has become the glossiest I've ever seen, which I'm sure is down to the food. Please note that if serving cold pressed food for the first time its worth weighing first, as it is heavier than dry kibble so servings are smaller.

My lanky doodle really fell on his four feet with this stuff
Thank goodness I did a bit of homework (at the brilliant allaboutdogfood.co.uk web site) when Archibald got terminally bored with the Burns he'd been reared on.
This Lukullis is everything the more positive and informative reviews say it is.
For starters you only have to see and smell the stuff to know it's good. One of the key factors to this is the fact that there's no grain in it and it's very low in carbo-hydrates, which I believe dogs have difficulty assimilating. And I imagine that as the food is cold-pressed rather than cooked into submission, this can only be good.
Being big and lanky and a bit ungainly in his gait, Archibald's normal lope wasn't all it could be, on a diet of overpriced and overrated product, which really fell short nutrition-wise. But a few weeks in with Lukullis and he has a real bounce and glide to his step now.
His poos are utter text book now, and his waist is really tapering well, without any weight loss. All of which amounts to persuasive evidence of the quality of this stuff.
It is clear to me that Lukullis is responsible for a big uplift in Archie's health and mood lately. No bloat, no excessive waste, full throttle appetite back again, more calm and level headed despite better energy levels (he gets a lot of exercise).... and demonstrative in his appreciation for the stuff.
Quote me on this: you will end up with a happier, healthier dog if you give them Lukullis.
I am looking forward to trying out the new Barbary Duck and Lamb variety on Archie next, having indulged him with the Charolais Beef & Trout variety.
Happy punter, happy dood.
