Brilliant Stuff
You would never have known that my two middle-aged Burmese had used a paper based litter since birth as they took to this immediately. With hardly any tracking, instant clumping and superior odour control, you will be hard pressed to find anything better. If I have a slight criticism it's that there can be an awful claggy mess to scrape off the bottom of the tray - easily solved however by making sure there is a good depth of litter. I'm still on my first bag nearly a month after opening it and will be buying this from now on - brilliant stuff!

I wish it wasn't as fine...
This stuff would be perfect if it weren't for the fact it sticks to my ragdoll boy's very fluffy paws and I have to wash them thoroughly with shampoo in order to remove; it clumps just as well on his poor feet as it does in the tray!
If I were only buying for my BSH girl I would be choosing this one again but I need to find something with larger granules to avoid the constant cat bathing.
So, for short-haired cats this litter comes highly recommended (it's certainly the best I've tried so far regarding odour control) but, alas, I'm back to searching for the perfect litter...
I wish I could have given it 5* Golden Grey, PLEASE make another type with bigger granules for those of us with long haired cats!

Brilliant stuff, easy to clean out lumps and clumps, very little mess, no smells escape and my 8 Maine Coon and Ragoll have taken to it straight away.5 stars!

Fantastic!
I am really amazed by this litter. There is no smell. It clumps perfectly so you can take out all waste, leaving a clean, fresh smelling litter tray for your cat to use...( I have two ) and am really pleased. Highly recommended.

Pretty disappointed
I bought this litter on the basis of all the great reviews. But I have to say, that I got pretty disappointed. I had alot of problems with the lumps, they were either very sticky or they would break off too easily when dry. I also had problems with the smell, it reeked of babypowder and had a hard time masking/absorbing the odours even though I cleaned it out daily. I bought 4 bags of it, and it lasted my two cats around 5 months, which is great had it not been for all the sand that got carried around the house. All in all I guess I must have been extremely unlucky with the 4 bags I bought, cos I seem to be the only one here that have had a bad experience with this litter. :-)

Excellent Litter
We have used all kinds of litter over the years for our 4 house cats. All of the usual problems, smell, waste, mess, etc etc, but none of that with Golden Grey. Its virtually odourless and very easy to fish out the waste. It is fine and clumps incredibly well, so its really easy to just top it up daily.
It will track, but if you use a litter mat that solves the problem.
We have used 8 bags of the stuff over the last 12 months for 4 house cats, so its incredible value too!

excellent cat litter
I will continue to purchase this litter as it is by far the best I have ever used. I have 2 large cats and they are both very happy to use the same litter tray with the golden grey master. The odour control is excellent and I only to clean out once daily. Very highly recommended.

Great Litter
This litter is excellent at absorbing moisture instantly. It clumps immediately and the silicate gives excellent odour control. I've found it very economical and efficient to use. As it is a very fine litter, you do get a bit of tracking but in my opinion the benefits of this litter far outweigh this minor annoyance.

Messy!!!!!
Yikes! Fine sandy powder trodden all over the house by the cats. We are giving it away to a cat charity. Awful - but hopefully they can use it.

Excellent stuff - need to respond to the last writer
Four Maine Coons can keep two litter trays very busy, but this litter is brilliant at rapid clumping; and the little blue granuals do a fantastic job at keeping smells almost non-existent. Re the last writer's comment about sticking to the base of the tray - that only happens if you keep a low level of litter; I keep a minimum of 4 inches. One of my cats will dig for Australia, but he rarely finds the bottom of the tray. Great stuff.

One of the best!
I have, over the past 7 years, tried almost every cat litter going. This is without a doubt the best. It is the only litter I have found to actually neutralise odours. It clumps easily and providing your use a pan liner is very clean. On the down side, It tracks terribly so you need a litter tray mat to catch the bits, and if you dont use a pan liner it will take you forever to remove the clay from the pan. That said it is by far the best solution around.

Try this - you won't go back!
We have the cat's litter box in our kitchen, so you can imagine the unplesantness of cooking or eating in a kitchen that smells of cat feces. Fuller's earth never clumped that well, and the box would have to be disinfected every 4 days. I've tried other clumping brands, and while they'd clump, you could still smell the cat feces. Golden Grey Master clumps very well, and not a smell in our kitchen, even directly after a cat's bowel movement!

Best we've used so far!
We've been using clumping cat litter for nearly 20 years now. It's more economical and more efficient at absorbing moisture and odours. This is definitely the best so far! Lightly sented and with very low dust levels. If you haven't tried clumping litter before or been put off by lesser brands then this one will win you over!

Brilliant litter !!
This is the best litter I've ever used. It clumps immediately, is odour free and is very easy to clean.
I found it also remains usable for much longer compared to other litters I've tried ( because it clumps so well and is so easy to clean ).
I use 1 tray for 3 cats and this litter easily copes with them. A definate 5 star product.

golden grey master litter
Brilliant stuff, easy to clean out lumps and clumps, very little mess, no smells escape and my 3 Burmese have taken to it straight away. Even better than Fresh'n'Easy and I didn't think that was possible. Very economical too.
