I like the feeder. It's only a couple of days since we got it and it's helping. Very easy to set up and the batteries would last for about 10-12 months (Mentioned on the manual) My only complaint is that we cannot buy more icepacks by itself at the moment. The current icepack last for about 4hrs which is kinda pointless when you have about 10hrs between the main meals.

I recently gave it a 5-star rating, but two weeks later I'm returning it because it's not enough for weekends. You can't set it by days, only by hours, and the hours are sorted automatically (which I think is a flaw): if I want to set it for Friday at 22:00, it doesn't work for Saturday at 22:30, because the times get sorted and both will open on Friday with just half an hour between them, plus it would have already gone round. It's fine for one day or a day and a half.

Although it works very well and is very easy to handle, the trays are too deep for a 125g pouch, which is what I want to put in a tray, and my cat can’t manage to eat properly. He eats what’s on top and then struggles with his paws to get the rest out bit by bit. So I just keep the product like an ornament, since I can’t really use it. I don’t think I’ll buy this kind of automatic feeder again because I don’t know how practical it would actually be.
