Product description
Now when you buy 15kg Applaws dry food in a range of tasty flavours for puppies and adult dogs, you'll only pay for 2kg, that's 3kg free!
This promotional offer applies only to the listed variants starting with 1947476.xx (.xx = variant identifier). As a complete dry food, Applaws dry kibble for dogs contains 75% meat, with the remaining 25% comprising a variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs, which are designed to simulate a natural diet in a dry form. Applaws does not contain any artificial sweeteners, colourings or chemical additives.
Dogs are natural carnivores and they need meat to thrive and to be healthy. Dogs' intestines are shorter than that of cows, horses and people, and are adapted to absorb meat protein far more easily than proteins found in cereals such as wheat, maize and barley. Applaws also contains an active probiotic which may encourage protective and friendly bacteria in the gut to support a healthy digestive system in both puppies and adult dogs.
As well as being naturally hypo-allergenic, it contains purified beta-glucans from yeast to help improve the immune system.

Works for my Lhasa apso!
I have recently switched to this food from royal canin. I changed because one of my dogs was having lots of tummy troubles and this food really seems to have done the trick so we are all much happier! Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that my dogs seem to much prefer the taste of Royal canin and spat this out when it was in the mix! Now that the RC is gone they are eating it without any fuss. Nice small kibble pieces too!

Fantastic Product
Our four labradoodles love this food. They love the taste, and I love that it's good for them, high in protein and grain free. I always check on prices and have found Zooplus to be the most competitive and with great delivery times and customer service. I definitely recommend!

Our dog loves this
Our black lab loves this food and scoffs it very quickly. Enjoys it much more than Orijen/other similar quality foods (and better value too). Good for his tummy too. Would definitely recommend.

Does what it says on the packet ,
This food has to be one of the best foods on the market ..I used to feed my brood on a raw diet ,but due to personal problems I had to switch my dogs onto kibble ,I am very passionate what goes into my dogs ..I have read many ingredients in some dried foods and they are scary and unnameable!!! If i can not pronounce a ingredient I would never give it to my brood .This food smells very meaty and not artificial like some others ..Give it a go your dog with thank you for it ...

Very good
Very good ingredients and great value for money. The kibble is nice and small so you can even feed it to the tiniest of dogs.

My dog immediately loved them
My little 2 y/o Lhassa loved them from the moment they hit the bowl. Before, she ate Eukanuba or Acana. Acana is a really good brand because they use wonderful ingredients. I think Applaws also offer a great product, and my dog can't seem to get enough of it. It's been a few days now, but I think I've found the one. I had the chicken and lamb.

Excellent kibble, but...
I use the Applaws kibble because the Origen ones I used for my German Shepherd are too big for my Cocker Spaniel. My little 4 month old puppy loves this food. Beautiful coat, firm stools, inexhaustible energy! But...no 2kg bags on Zooplus (of whom I have been a loyal customer for 10 years). The 7.5kg bag would take 3 years for a little dog to finish all on its own! I've been obliged to buy it elsewhere... What a shame!

Top class ingredients
The ingredients are superb!
All a dog could need.
Unfortunately it didn't agree with my lab, he had diarrhoea. Shame there's nothing for pups.

Excellent
I have given my dog almost every brand of dog food, and this is the only one he will eat without it being mixed with other food. I'd highly recommend it, although each dog is different.

Lots of meat, no grains, no sugars
A food full of meat and without the things your dog could do without: colouring, sugar etc. The size of the kibble is optimal for my big Shepherd, and my little hunting dog also eats them. Great value for money and offers a really good alternative.

After 6 years of searching I have found it
I am over the moon!
My dog isn't too fussed about food in general. She is healthy and fit, but rather on the skinny side. She usually only eats when she's really really hungry!! But not this time. She could have eaten twice as much if I'd let her, but I didn't wanna overdo it at the start. The pieces are a good size (1cm triangles). The mixture is great, gives you a really confident feeling.
I'm gonna stick with it from now on :))

Top quality food
I cannot recommend this food highly enough. My Golden Retriever suffered from sporadic seizures since she was six months old (she's now almost 9). The vet could not pinpoint why. After a lot of research, I decided three years ago to completely change her diet to Applaws & a small amount of fresh meat. She has not had another seizure since - I can only assume her previous food contained something artificial that did not agree with her. Both my dogs love this food & eat with gusto. I buy two 7.5kg bags at a time so save a little money, the quality of the food is well worth it. Zooplus have been excellent - I recently received a bag that had split in transit. They replaced this with no quibble. Excellent service from zooplus.

I am convinced
This mixture is a winner! Just great. I bought it before my puppy arrived and unfortunately she doesn't like the taste. But of course that's nothing to do with zooplus. Great product at a great price.

A winner
My working cocker came with a 'small appetite'. He actually turned out to be fussy with a sensitive tummy and after trying several brands settled on Applaws. He has a half tray of Applaws meat in the evening on top of kibble and we have found that this sits well on his stomach. Tried Lily's Kitchen but we end up with nasty smells with it.

I have tried numerous dry foods for both my dogs and they lost interest after a couple of days but Applaws is different they absoloutly love it coupled with the excellent service and price from Zoopla couldnt ask for better.

Fabulous well priced food
I ordered a small bag of Applaws expecting one of my dogs to turn their noses up as they have so often done with dry food & believe me I have tried them all. Imagine my astonishment when both girls (Golden Retriever & Chihuhua) tucked in with relish. I immediately ordered a 12.5kg sack which two weeks in is 1/3 empty. I am so pleased they enjoy this food as I like the company ethos & quality. Two satisfied dogs & one very happy owner :-)

Great Product!
My German Shepherd suffers with bad digestion. This food is the only one that truly agrees with him.
