The Dog Mate Pet Fountain is designed to provide your pet with a continually refreshed supply of drinking water. Vets recommend using a pet fountain as the flowing water encourages dogs and cats to drink more and stay hydrated, which is good for their health. The Dog Mate Pet Fountain filters the drinking water and the water moves through two bowls (one higher than the other) and down a slope, thanks to the silent pump motor.The large 6l capacity of the water fountain makes it suitable for any size of pet, even larger dogs. The low voltage operation and easy set up means the pet fountain is suitable for any household, and the bowls are also dishwasher safe.

Care advice:
If only one cat/ dog uses the pet fountain, we recommend changing the filter once per month. For more than one pet, it is advisable to change the filter more often, as the filter can clog, which can cause the pump to malfunction. We recommend a weekly change of the water in the fountain, to avoid limescale build-up. You should also descale the pump every month.
Multiple filters:
When the fountain is being used by multiple pets we recommend using an additional filter (available separately) on the upper level of the fountain, to extend the time needed between filter changes.

Pure enthusiasm
It was very well received by the dog and our cats always with fresh water and loved by all of them. Cleaning is easy, from time to time we have even put it in the dishwasher!

The Dog Mate drinking fountain is super !!!!
My Bengal cat and my other 2 cats love the fountain. It is very quiet which is great because the water fountain that I had before was very loud

Great fountain
Both my cat and dog love drinking out of this. Might be worth mentioning it comes with a two pin plug instead of a uk 3 pin.

TOP device also suitable for large dogs
Our two OEB's are thrilled with this drinking fountain, it keeps its promise! The only thing I would complain about, would be that the drool collects in front of the tub and is not filtered through the filter.

The perfect, silent, fountain for many cats
I already had the smaller 2L version. I bought this larger one because the 2L was too small for my 5 cats. The larger version is as silent and my cats started to use straight away.
One comment: if you plug it in and the pump doesnt start, plug it the heavy bit up. My sockets are located in weird places so that happened to me.
