Cats that live indoors, or spend much of their time indoors, have very different nutritional needs to cats that are allowed to explore outdoors. They spend more time eating and sleeping, so their digestion slows down, which can lead to weight gain or digestive issues, as well as unpleasant smelling faeces. The formulation of Sanabelle Adult with Poultry has been specifically adapted to meet the nutritional needs of indoor cats. A high proportion of fresh, palatable poultry provides plenty of top quality protein and a great flavour. Healthy rice is used to provide carbohydrate, as many cats can have sensitivities or are intolerant to the gluten in other grains.
Indoor cats are particularly susceptible to urinary problems such as kidney stones. The specially developed food helps your cat to naturally absorb and expel water. This can help to prevent urinary stones and as well as other kidney problems. This great tasting kibble contains fish oils and linseeds which are rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. The combination of zinc compounds (chelate), linseed, biotin and fatty acids, support a shiny coat and healthy skin. Sanabelle Adult with Poultry is made without any artificial additives such as colour, aroma or preservatives. It is enriched with functional ingredients such as yucca extract, mussel meat meal, dried chicory, marigold flowers, vitamins and minerals. These top quality ingredients have been carefully selected so that even the most sensitive cat will benefit from a delicious, nutritious meal with excellent absorption rates and digestibility.

Good food but ...
I recenlty bought a 2kg bag of this for my cats to supplement the usual Sanabelle Light I give them both - I have one slightly overweight cat and one normal ne hence the lgihter version - I know it is good food so i give them both a bit of this adult version as well as the light - my complaint is that the kibble size s extremely small even compared to the light version so they don't crunch it they just swallow it - that can't be good for their teeth right?

Recently changed to this from Royal canin sensible. My bengal was vomiting up alot, and had some runny poop, and my burmilla had lost a bit of weight. Been using the royal canin for years, perhaps they changed the recipie? Since using this for the last 2 weeks, my burmilla has pt weight back on, and the bengal has not vmoited up the food once. All 4 of my cats love this, and I will stick with it going forwards. It has a very strong smell, but it doesnt put them off.

Excellent food
I have 9 cats ranging from 13 wks to 13yrs, three moggies, 5 Bengals and 1 ragdoll. All boys and they absolutely love this food. No more smelly poos, and with the grain free diet, particularliy suits the Bengals. Would never try anything else. Word of advise though. The diet version is a bit dry after having the original, and they would not touch them. So now just feed a bit less of the normal Sanabelle. All flavours are loved.

I have 5 cats and Forster 3 - 4 more all of them love it. I tend to buy sensitive poultry Which I feel is the most suitable for their varing needs

Great value and good quality!
It took a few days to adjust from our old go-cat kibble, but my tabby loves this now. We wanted to balance his diet with a mixture of this and wet food, and this has a much higher meat content than his wet food which is impressive! His coat is looking lovely and shiny and feeling thick and healthy too.

Excellent cat food
We've been buying Sanabelle dry food (poultry) from Zooplus for our cat for the last 7 years (practically her whole life) and could not be happier - and nor could our cat! At her annual vet checkup we always get told what great health and shape our cat is in and how wonderful her coat looks. They often ask what food we feed her! It's also cheaper than alternative dry foods which is a bonus.
