Very good for cats with allergies
My british shorthair has an allergy that whenever she eats non hypoallergenic food some kind of discharge (tears) comes out from her eyes, I tried this food because her vet recommended and it works very well.

The only food that worked! 5 stars
My poor oriental shorthair cat has suffered with liquid diarrhea almost his whole life. He’s almost 2 years old now. He was ok as a kitten but maybe a month after I got him the diarrhea started. I took him to the vet and his stool sample tested for everything. We tried multiple dewormers and antibiotics including flagyl and gastro foods. The vet said next step was to try a hypoallergenic food and so I read the reviews here and decided to try this one. Within a day it worked ! I am overjoyed

Avoid it
After almost a month of using it, my cat started having diarrhea and puking every 2 days or so.

Worked for my cat
My poor British Shorthair was self-harming (over grooming and scratching) for more than a year and despite many vet visits and no small expense, it was suggested I put her on an elimination diet using this product. After 6 weeks, she was "cured" and she's now on it permanently. I'd give it 10/10 if I could.

Tasty food, cat loves it
My cat suffers from pretty severe allergies. After getting allergy testing done by our vet, we found that it was impossible to eliminate all the allergens that affect her. We give her Royal Canin Hypoallergenic to eliminate the allergens from her food, in combination with Atopica prescribed by our vet for the rest. She loves this food. Seems to satisfy her appetite more effectively than other brands. Her itchy skin, sore mouth and bitten paws have fully resolved with this treatment.

Resolved diarrhoea and much more energetic!
I have always recommended this to my clients. Got to try it myself on a stray cat I'm fostering at the moment. No more diarrhoea and playing again like a kitten. The key difference with this diet is the hydrolysed protein as opposed to just exclusion of wheat etc. The proteins are broken down by heat so that when they cross the gut they don't bind to receptors in the same way. A very simplistic explaination but my understanding of how it works.

Got this from my vet for diarrhetic cat
Suddenly, my 18-month old cat developed diarrhia for no apparent reason. All tests were negative, the only thing that showed up in the stool sample seemed to indicate a newly-developed inability to digest plant matter. Vet suggested this food. I have been using it for 5 months now, and all is fine. Even time spent in a cattery (which is usually stressful for the first day or so) did not have any negative effects. This food is well received by all my cats. Even the fussy eaters eat it. It is a full diet, no need to supplement anything else.

No more diarrhoea!!
After trying four other types of cat food we have finally solved the problems our 8 month old cat was having with constant diarrhoea. Royal Canin Gastro Intestinal is the only food that doesn't give him the runs! It must be tasty because my other two cats who don't have problems with allergies also love to eat it.

No more dermatitis!
My 5 year old cat Micia began to be covered with scabs and was scratching furiously. Since he's been on this dry food his skin and hair is perfectly wonderful. He also drinking a lot more, but if you remember to leave out fresh water all the time then it's not a problem.

Ok, but strange side effect
My cat (8 years old) began to pull out the hair on his belly by licking too much, then his legs, then thighs. The vet said it might be stress, so I tried starting the Hypoallergenic diet D25 - about 90 grams per day. Things are improving a bit but I find he also drinks a lot more that before (urine and stools are normal). Is it possible that the product might be causing more thirst?

No more itchiness!
My Carthusian suffers from dermatitis but since I started following this diet his problem is greatly reduced! The results are not seen immediately and need a bit of time, but the food helps a lot! My other cat also loves to eat this kibble even though he has no health problems, they both have their own bowls but they always switch so there's nothing I can do to stop them!

very good
This was recommended by my veterinarian and it's now the only brand of hypoallergenic kibble that my cat likes to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Tasty but didn't help
My kitty has had diarrhoea for over two months. After all the tests possible the vet has finally concluded she has a food intolerance and I have been feeding my cat this Royal Canin food for a month... unfortunately it didn't help at all, so now I'll try with the sensitivity control one instead.. I will let you know how it goes! ;)
