Product description
Nutribird P15 Tropical, complete food for parrots in pellets by Versele Laga, with grains, seeds and fruit and Florastimul for healthy digestion.
NutriBird P 15 Tropical is a balanced complete maintenance food for parrots. The pellets contain a scientifically approved composition, based on selected grains, fresh fruit and peanuts. Feeding pellet food prevents selective feeding and resulting malnutrition. All ingredients are completely consumable with no losses. Nutribird P15 Tropical also contains Florastimul, which supports the intestinal flora and protects against intestinal disorders.
Please note: If your bird is not used to pellet food, the switch to this new type of food must be made gradually.

Feeding guide
Switching to NutriBird food in pellets
1. Preparatory phase:For smaller bird species (canaries, tropical and European finches, budgies), it is recommended to begin by preparing them for the switch. The aim is not to force the birds to eat pellets during this preparatory phase. They are just taught to recognise pellets as one of the elements of their diet. For 2 or 3 weeks, give them the normal mixture of seeds and add 10% of pellets. For large parakeets and parrots, this preparatory phase is not necessary.
2. The switch itself: During the switch-over period, seeds and pellets are no longer mixed. Only feed pellets except on some days, following the schedule below, when they should still be given a bowl containing seeds which they will eat as much of as they want. The periods during which the birds only receive pellets will become longer and longer so that they will need to consume more pellets. Introduce "seed days" into the schedule to prevent the birds loosing too much weight. During these days, the birds will be able to recover any energy they may have lost during the "pellet days".
NutriBird switching table
From day 42 the switch will be completed.

My ring neck's favorite
My Indian Ring Neck was refusing to shift to the hard pellets, now I soak them in small batch's of 6 to 8 pellets per meal and feed her on a 3 hour interval she enjoys it .
This way she doesn't overeat and remain healthy. I randomly spoils her with few sunflower seed/ fresh fruit and vegs. I am so happy of this product; (P15 Tropical)
A less messy cage as a bonus so less cleaning.
