No clumping, after my cat pissed, the colour turned yellow, hard to clean as it doesn’t clump, and the texture is like salt, my cat doesn’t like it, had to mix it with another litter

Pros:
excellent odour control, even when poo is not covered; minimal tracking.
Cons: uneconomical, as it obviously doesn't clump, so you end up shovelling a lot of yellow pee crystals into the waste, which is very heavy, again uneconomical and unsustainable; the crystals stop absorbing when full so pee trickles through to the tray floor; the crystals are large and sharp and hurt cats' paws so they get out of there as fast as possible, leaving uncovered poo; expensive.
Won't use this again.

Great litter but no way does it last a month
I haven't tried too many litters to be honest but this one came recommended by a friend who regularly fosters cats and has several of her own. I stuck with this because I like it, however I am pushing it if i leave it more than a week... and that's just with one cat. Saying it last a month is false.
However i do like ot and will keep buying it.
Value for money
This litter does the job and is value for money. My cat had never had a problem with it. Can be a bit dusty towards the end of the bag but not that bad compared to other brands.

This is dustier than cheap non-clumping litter you can get from the supermarket. My boys hated it. They refused to step in the tray while the crystals were in there.

Very inconvenient
The crystals are too big to be sieved through the poo scoop. My two cats did not like it and stopped covering their poos. I liked other Tigerino litter, but this one did not work for us at all.
Outstanding
We have tried a few different litters (pine litter, clumping clay litter...) and this is the best litter we have used by a mile. It removes urine odour very effectively and also effectively masks odour from solids provided the cat buries it. Love the convenience of not having to scoop out and discard litter every day (though you obviously need to remove solids every day). Just make sure you are regularly raking through the crystals and you'll be fine. We tend to do it a few times a day.

Only okay
This litter does not work as well as the Trixie. It doesn't last very long and not as good at covering up the odour.
Cheap and brilliant
Was a little dubious about the claims of a month without a change for one cat at first, but my oh my you would never guess I had a "Lion in my living room" with this litter. It really does completely eliminate all odours unlike other litters that make these claims this one is true. The price is outstanding and I always get the promo deal with the food. If you want your house to smell like a house and not a litter tray then honestly this is the litter for you.
One of the best silica litters
Having used Bob Martin silica litter and a supermarket one that I suspect was the same in own packaging I discovered Tigerino. It is just as good although I take the bag outdoors and sieve the dust out before putting it in the tray. I also tried Nullodour which was awful, very fine and only lasted a few days whereas Tigerino can last a fair while depending on how many cats and trays you have.
No more smells!
This works really well although I don't think it lasts quite as long as it claims. After about 2 weeks, the yellowed crystals do smell when you move them about while scooping out the solids. Not sure whether my cat likes that so I do change it as I don't want to have accidents round the house because the litter tray smells too much for her. But a great product with very little tracking (there is some but not as much as with other sorts that I've used in the past).
The best cat litter
This is the best silica cat litter I have found. It lasts much longer than the brands I have bought from supermarkets and pet stores and it is very good at combatting litter tray smells.
You do need to rake the litter through each day to stop pooling.

Ihave very little time so don't do reviews of any goods ai ever ! buy but this has been so good I just had to write a quick note.
The litter replaces my wooden pellets. it is so easy and clean to have around and does not stick to pusses feet so I dont find bits all over the house. The perfume is mild but enough to cover unwanted odours !!
Excellent Cat litter
I have used crystal litter in the past and never liked it so reluctantly tried this one.
I am really impressed, with 4 litter trays and a number of cats it can be quite expensive the fill up the trays as the bags are quite small. However this litter holds the urine really well and doesnt smell at all. The litter lasts for ages which more than makes up for the small bags.
On a side note its quite dusty but thats probably what helps it to be so absorbant.
Great litter and would recomend to anyone.

We have used a few different cat litters and this is the only one we have liked. There is genuinely no odour and I use 1.5 bags at a time which does 2 large cats for 2 weeks. The only downside is tracking, but the cats track every cat litter so that could just be my cats.

Urgent alternative needed
I find the 40% price increase for this litter in just 9 months outrageous. Especially considering the quality and performance have become worse and more inconsistent. With my order in mid-November 2025 (which was delivered at the end of the month), the set of 6 packs cost €27.99, now 6 bags cost €38.99. Absolutely disgusting.

Tried it but going back to kibble
Besides the fact that my entire order was covered in Crystals. It’s more expensive, but less heavy and spreads less around the house. The scent only works for urine and outside the litter box; inside, it just smells bad. And you notice the smell of faeces much more than with pellets. Removing the yellow crystals is almost impossible, so the smell stays. With pellets, it’s easier to keep the box clean. If they were really much cheaper, I’d consider it, but with my three cats, it doesn’t add any value for me, especially since I have to pay more for it.

New formula?
I used to be happy with this cat litter, but with a recent order, I noticed the packaging colour was different. Same product name, same packaging elements, but the contents are no longer the same. Top-notch litter
A litter that is perfectly satisfying: no dust, no smell, easy to maintain and lasts a month. And on top of that, it's inexpensive.

I've tried lots of different litters and I really like this one. It's true that with 4 cats, after 5-6 days it does start to smell like pee even though there are still white granules left, but overall it holds up pretty well. Very disappointed. I’ll never buy it again.
I really wasn’t expecting the grains to be so big and "sharp". They don’t cut my cats’ paws of course, but I can see they walk on them very slowly. As for odour absorption, it’s not bad but not amazing either, especially when it comes to their poo. Why? Because my cats don’t cover it up like they usually do. Too much dust

Many comments say there’s no smell, but the opposite is true. After just a few days, it reeks strongly of urine, not to mention the faeces. Getting worse and worse
I've been using it for years, many years. I think it used to cost 33 cents per litre. And it worked great: it lasted the full 3 weeks as described (with just one cat) and 10/12 days with two. Then the price started to go up and, over time, its performance and effectiveness went down. Now – with three cats and two litter boxes, only one of which uses this litter – after three days they go elsewhere, and even when freshly changed, they hesitate. It's not the same anymore: the grain size has changed too and I find it everywhere.
