Recipe 1: Cakes for cats with tuna

We’ll get started with a recipe for feline fish lovers.

Ingredients

  • 100g canned tuna without oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh cheese (if possible, lactose-free)
  • 1 raw egg
  • Paper muffin liners

Preparation

You should preheat the oven to 180ºC before you start.

Add the tuna to a bowl and mash finely with a fork, then mix in the cheese and egg.

You can now place the muffin liners on the baking sheet, fill them with the dough mixture and put the sheet in the oven. Baking time is around 15 minutes.

Before serving these little cat cakes, you simply have to remove the paper lining. Make sure too that the cake has fully cooled down for your cat.

Tip: You can put a cat stick on top of your cake to replace the cherry.

Recipe 2: Cakes for cats with beef

If your four-legged birthday child is team carnivore, it will enjoy a cake made from liver and minced meat.

Ingredients

  • 100g beef liver
  • 100g minced beef
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2-3 stems of fresh basil
  • Paper muffin liners

Preparation

First preheat the oven to 160ºC.

Then wash the beef liver, pat it dry and cut it into very small pieces.

The finely chopped beef liver is then mixed with the minced beef, egg yolk and water. Last but not least, chop the basil stems very finely and mix them in too.

Fill the liners or muffin mould with the dough and place in the oven (medium level). Baking time is around 35 to 40 minutes.
